Reception gave me useful tips. Sauna, gym, spa were nice. Continental breakfast was acceptable.
No fire breathing dragons in the lobby. Disappointing.

The hotel offered a relaxation floor which had a public bath, hot stone room, smoking room, and free massage chairs. It was clean and had vending machines for drinks. The staff was very friendly and the onsen was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast was pleasing and the location provided many options for bars and eating.
All good.

Our New Year's Eve stay was wonderful! The spa facilities were fantastic- the hot jacuzzi bath and the dry sauna room were my favorite. The location was great too, close to public transport and within walking distance of a popular outdoor market. The breakfast was delicious, especially the variety of pastries.
The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like a fridge. it was a bit noisy at night due to the traffic on the nearby street.

The hotel was in a convenient spot near an outdoor market and the peninsula, great for exploring the city. the rooms were basic, but clean and cozy with all amenities needed. the breakfast buffet was also free and a nice touch.
The staff had limited English skills, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

The hotel had a nice gym and the laundry corner was a big help. the vending machines had a good range of snacks and drinks, so it was easy to get a little something when needed. the location was decent, but not too close to the subway station.
Some other guests occupied certain facilities for way too long, so there wasn't much chance to use them. This was really frustrating and not what I expected.
